About me

"When we see the wholeness in another, we strengthen it"

Welcome, my name is Lisa and I am so glad that you are here.

I believe that we are all multidimensional beings. I hold deep, sacred space for others to support and awaken their own innate healing abilities. I am passionate about working with other highly sensitive people on their healing journey.

I am a Priestess and I draw from a variety of spirituality practices when working with others. As a Priestess, I cross the path between the worlds and acknowledge everything as sacred.

I have been blessed to live on the Native Cherokee land known as Asheville, NC since 2008.

What is Somatic Experiencing®?

Somatic Experiencing (SE™) is a body-oriented, holistic therapeutic model for healing trauma and other stress disorders. It is based on a multidisciplinary intersection of physiology, psychology, ethology, biology, neuroscience, medical biophysics, and indigenous healing practices and has been clinically applied for more than four decades. It is the life’s work of Dr. Peter A. Levine.

The SE approach releases traumatic shock, which is key to transforming PTSD and the wounds of emotional and early developmental attachment trauma. It offers a framework to assess where a person is “stuck” in the fight, flight or freeze responses and provides clinical tools to resolve these fixated physiological states.
